A wonderful service, I can highly recommend Ari Agency. We have very specific accessibility needs, and don’t live in Sydney, so buying a property was a daunting task. Arija and Gavin went to numerous properties for us and took extensive videos, allowing us to shortlist suitable places for us to view when we came to town. They found properties not yet on the market and gave us a much wider list to choose from. In addition, they handled the stressful negotiations over the price. We couldn’t be happier. I have to add they both went way beyond the call of duty, being available even on weekends and late in the evenings to deal with our peculiar needs, and think things through (especially thinking beyond properties that were wheelchair accessible to find inclusive properties) – and all that while making us feel like we were dealing with friends rather than a business relationship.
