After relocating from Melbourne, we knew we wanted to buy a home in Mosman. We knew very little about Mosman and even less about the Mosman housing market, so we knew we need help. Arija has a directory of complementary industry contacts. She helped us through the finance pre-approval phase, so we were ready to move fast and take advantage of opportunities. For properties we were interested in, Arija took on a project management role, organising the Building & Pest Reports and Conveyancing.
We always gave Arija’s details to agents at inspections, so we weren’t continually fielding sales calls and text messages from every agent, after every inspection. Arija always attended all the opens with us, even if it was inserting a property for the third time. She even kept a watchful eye on our young children, so that we had the opportunity to inspect each property properly.
We felt Arija was doing more than just helping us choose a house. She was interested in finding our family a home.
