Arija is, in a word, phenomenal! We started with a budget of 750k for a free standing investment property. Arija was able to find better opportunities in my preferred areas for well under budget until I settled on one for 650k. She then managed to negotiate a further 5k off the price – amazing!
Throughout the entire process Arija communicated regularly, was happy to answer all my questions and even sent through video walkthroughs of shortlisted properties. The purchase and settlement was made convenient and seamless thanks to her liaising with the agent, conveyancer and property inspector.
